Rules

• Be Respectful No Sensitive Topics → Treat others how you want to be treated. No hate speech, bullying, harassment, or excessive trolling. Refrain from sensitive topics or targeted comments. (can be considered as:)

•  Political and Religious comments

• Topics about a specific group of people(s)

• Spreading or Speaking about personal information (also including talking about other players)

• Refusing to leave another player’s land after being asked by the land owner or their trusted members

• Starting or escalating arguments in chat is prohibited — this includes disputes over trades, land claims, or games of chance.

• If you choose to participate in community-run games of chance, you do so at your own risk — staff will not reimburse lost items.

• Avoid Drama → Don’t argue, gossip, or stir up conflict in chat.
  
  

• No Stealing or Griefing → Respect other players’ items and builds. (this includes:) 

• Falsely claiming builds. Don’t claim structures you didn’t build to provoke others.

• Spawning mobs near others. Don’t spawn or attract animals/mobs onto someone else’s land.

• Building without permission. Don’t build around someone’s property without their OK.
  
  

• No Excessive Swearing or Slurs → Occasional swearing is okay, but keep it civil and non-targeted.
  
  

• Respect Claims & Bases → Do not build within 5 chunks (80 blocks) of another player’s claim WITHOUT PERMISSION.
  
  

• Mentioning Other Servers is okay, but do not advertise, promote, or compare them to Somni SMP.
  
  

• Follow Staff Instructions → Refusing to follow staff instructions may lead to a mute, kick, or ban.
  
  

Respect Language Policy → Refrain from communicating in languages other than English as much as possible. Preferably English only in public chats. Staff cannot moderate other languages. 

• No Random PvP → You must have consent before fighting another player.
  
  

• No Trap Teleports → Baiting players into traps using teleportation is not allowed.
  
  

• Lucked Based Games → Players participate at their own risk. Staff are not responsible for lost items.
  
  

• Don’t Disturb Others → Do not remain on claimed land or near bases if asked to leave.
  
  

No Excessive Bragging → Don’t boast constantly about items, money spent, or superiority over others.

• No Cheating or Automation → This includes but is not limited to:

• Auto-clickers
  
  

• Auto-fishing
  
  

• Macros/scripts
  
  

• Freecam
  
  

• Any client revealing hidden server data (e.g., world seed)
  
  

• Approved Clients & Mods:

• Mini-maps (must only show what’s already in F3 info)
  
  

• Lunar Client (No freecam)
  
  

Litematica (No Easy Place or Auto Place)

• No Dupes or Exploits → Any use or discussion of bugs, glitches, or vanilla dupes is strictly forbidden.
  
  

• No Lag Machines → Attempting to intentionally lag the server or create chunk lag is bannable.
  
  

• No Evading Bans or Mutes → Do not use alternate accounts to bypass restrictions.
  
  

• No Bypassing Filters → This includes chat filters, item restrictions, chunk/shop limits, or plugin-based protections.
  
  

No Chargebacks → All sales are final. 

• Keep It Clean → No NSFW content, excessive swearing, or suggestive usernames/skins.
  
  

• No Triggering or Inappropriate Content → Including topics such as violence, trauma, or inappropriate jokes.
  
  

• No Political, Religious, or Controversial Topics. Remember to not share private information.
  
  

No External Promotions → Do not promote other Minecraft based Discord servers, YouTube channels, Twitch, or other Minecraft servers. 

Grief Rollbacks

• Only supported if reported promptly via a ticket on Discord.
  
  

• Provide two corner coordinates & the time (CST) of when rollback is needed.
  
  

Inventory Rollbacks

• Only for permanent accidental deaths (e.g., lava, void. Some situations may be extended, if you have a question you can ask the staff.)
  
  

• Must include time of death in CST and cause.
  
  

• Rollback removes any progress after the chosen time—this cannot be undone.
  
  

• Staff are not responsible for any items lost during rollback. 
  
  

• Staff roles are voluntary — please be patient and do not harass them. They will assist you as soon as they are able.

• Do Not Discuss Punishments in Chat
  
  

• Includes appealing in chat or having others speak on your behalf
  
  

• Use our Appeal Form for all bans or mutes
  
  

• Staff decisions are final unless reversed by appeal
  
  

• Continued defiance = permanent removal from the network

• Respect Staff at All Times → Disrespect, backtalk, or slandering staff may result in a ban.
  
  

• You Are Responsible for Your Account → Whether it's a sibling or a friend thats on your PC, bans and offenses still apply to you're account.
