Inside the spawn area, all forms of damage are disabled to prevent accidental deaths. You’ll also find a market there where you can trade for custom items to help you progress on the server. Finally, be sure to explore the spawn, there are several hidden areas waiting to be discovered! 

Players can create tickets for issues such as bugs, griefing, or any in-game problems. Please remember to always be respectful to the staff who volunteer their time to help. Staff members do not have to respond immediately, they handle tickets as efficiently as possible while managing other responsibilities.

Submitting false tickets may result in a warning for wasting staff time, as it takes attention away from other players who genuinely need help. Repeated warnings may lead to your tickets being ignored.

Please avoid spamming tickets. If your ticket hasn’t been answered, do not create multiple duplicates. Doing so may result in all related tickets being closed or ignored.

If your ticket has gone unanswered for an unusually long time, you may reach out to one of the owners through another ticket or via Discord/in-game. However, please ensure the delay is reasonable. Waiting a week or two does not qualify as an extended duration.

Be patient and considerate so that staff can address all tickets fairly and efficiently.
